President of Czech Republic Milos Zemlan called to turn off Russia from SWIFT and compared it with a “madman”

Russia needs to turn off the SWIFT information from the interbank exchange system because of the situation in Ukraine, the President of the Czech Republic Milos Zhurn, reports Reuters.

“It’s time to achieve much more stringent sanctions than those planned initially, under which I mean, first of all, sanctions in the field of so-called SWIFT,” said Zeman.

Czech president compared Russia with a “madman” and called on to defend not only words, but also actions.

Earlier, the land was one of those European politicians who advocated the establishment of relations with Russia and criticized the Western sanction policy.
