President Of Kazakhstan Dismissed Deputy Chairman Of KNB

The President of Kazakhstan Kasym-Zhomart Tokaev dismissed the heads of the Foreign Intelligence Service and the Anti-Terrror Service.

The decree was published on September 16, 2024 on the Akorda website. “Orders of the head of state Seymembaev Ruslan Temirgalievich was dismissed from his post as deputy chairman of the national security committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan – head of the anti -terror service,” follows from the text.

Also, in accordance with the decision of the head of state, Ammerkhanov Askar Baimerdenovich was dismissed from the post of deputy chairman of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan – director of the foreign intelligence service.

Ruslan Seymembaev was appointed Deputy Chairman of the National Security Committee – the head of the Anti -Terroe Service on April 13, 2023.

Askar Ammerkhanov held the post of deputy chairman of the KNB – director of the foreign intelligence service from April 3, 2023.
