President of Kazakhstan Kasym-Zhomart Tokaev met with the Minister of National Defense of Turkey Yashar Guller, who is on a visit to Astana.
According to the report, the common apparatus of the President of Kazakhstan, Tokaev and Guleler met at the presidential palace of Akorda.
During the meeting, the issues of cooperation between the two countries in the field of security were discussed.
President Tokayev noted that bilateral and multilateral relations between Kazakhstan and Turkey are developing in all aspects.
Tokaev handed over the best wishes to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and emphasized the importance of further strengthening strategic cooperation and partnership between Kazakhstan and Turkey.
Minister Guler thanked for the warm welcome in the homeland of ancestors in Kazakhstan and emphasized that Turkey is determined to continue to deepen relations with Kazakhstan in the spirit of trust and mutual support.
The Minister of National Defense of Turkey said that they highly value the efforts of Kazakhstan to solve regional and international problems.
