President of Slovenia: Ukraine itself must decide when and under what conditions he will negotiate

Ukraine is the country that must decide when and under what conditions it will negotiate. This was stated by Slovenia President Natasha Pirts-Musar at a press conference following a meeting with Ukrainian colleague Vladimir Zelensky in Kyiv.

Natasha Pirts-Musar noted the support of Ukraine by Slovenia and said that the Slovenian government approved an additional 5 million euros for the humanitarian needs of this country.

She also emphasized that Slovenia supports the formula of the world, participates in meetings at its individual points and is a member of the international coalition for the return of Ukrainian children.

“There is no politician that would not want peace. We all understand the risks. But Ukraine is the country that must decide when and under what conditions it will negotiate. And here we are on your side,” the president said Slovenia.

Zelensky, in turn, called the visit of the Slovenian President on the Constitution of Ukraine very symbolic and thanked for all the support that Slovenia provides to Ukraine.

During the meeting, the leaders discussed the situation on the battlefield, in particular in the Kharkov direction, joint work at the level of the European Union and the preparation of a bilateral agreement between Ukraine and Slovenia.

Separately paid attention to the results of the first summit of the world. Vladimir Zelensky noted the participation of Slovenia in the event and, in particular, the performance of Natasha Pirts Musar, during which she noted that Ukraine protects not only itself, but also international law.

The president informed about the work on the preparation of the second summit of the world.

“We are preparing groups of countries according to the points of the world formula. We all who really want peace should develop action plans for all aspects of security that were violated by Russia. We do not want to delay this war and should come to the fair world as quickly as possible “, – said the head of state.
