President Of South Korea Was Released From Post

President of South Korea Yun Sok Yol, suspended from office in connection with the declaration of martial law in the country, was exempted from custody by court decision.

According to the South Korean news agency Yonhap, the Central District Court of Seoul satisfied the petition of Yun Jole Yolya for the abolition of the arrest. The politician filed a petition to the court, claiming that the prosecution against him of a declaration of martial law on December 3 was illegal.

Detention of Yun Suk Yolya

President of South Korea was detained on January 15 as part of an investigation in the case of the introduction of martial law in the country. After the detention, he was taken to the corruption investigation department among senior officials (CIO).

On the first day of the detention of the president, more than 10 hours were interrogated.

January 19, Yun Suk Yol was arrested on charges of organizing unrest and “abuse of power”.
