President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky arrived on a visit to Brussels to participate at the European Council summit.
At the Summit, the president intends to submit a “victory plan” to European leaders.
The Head of State on the way to Brussels said he would meet with the President of the European Parliament Roberta Metsol and the chairmen of political groups in the bishop.
The Ukrainian leader also noted that meetings with General Secretary Mark Rutte are planned.
