President Of Uzbekistan And Head Of European Council Discussed Bilateral And Regional Issues

The President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev held an informal meeting with the President of the European Council Antoniu Koshta.

According to the press service of the head of the Uzbek state, the meeting took place in the evening, on Wednesday, April 2 in the city of Samarkand.

The EU High Representative arrived in Uzbekistan in the morning of the same day and immediately visited the city of Bukhara, where he got acquainted with the cultural and historical heritage of the Uzbek people.

During the negotiations of Mirziyoyev and Koshtu, an exchange of views on topical issues of the bilateral and regional agenda took place.
