President Of Venezuela: We Will Not Allow Start Of Civil War In Country

Venezuela authorities will not allow the outbreak of the Civil War in the country due to protests that broke out after the presidential election.

This is the President of Venezuela, Nicholas Maduro, at a press conference at the Palace of Miraflores in Karakas.

“We will begin to show tolerance in relation to malicious activists provoking violence. We know who finances them,” the head of state noted.

Maduro emphasized that the purpose of protests is to cause damage to the country’s economy. “Venezuela will not fall into the hands of imperialism, fascism and criminals. We will not allow the start of the civil war in the country,” Maduro said.

In street riots, the President of Venezuela accused the United States, while not calling specific names. “The people know this. However, if the empire wants to realize its criminal plan, we will defend our homeland to the end. We will protect our people,” the president added.

Maduro said that the authorities will reveal all the available protocols of the election results. “How much more evidence do we need to provide? Why do you want to draw the country into the war? Why is this campaign against Venezuela? I am not afraid of lies and look the truth. I have never been and will never be an agent of the CIA (central intelligence department of the United States)”, – said the head of state, accusing the US of provoking chaos in the country. “You are responsible for war and death in Afghanistan, Libya and Iraq,” added Maduro.
