Lachin road is not covered by Azerbaijani protesters, but by Russian peacekeeping contingent. This was said by the assistant to the President of Azerbaijan, head of the department of foreign policy of the Presidential Administration Hikmet Hajiev at a meeting with representatives of the diplomatic corps.
“The Lachenian road is blocked not by Azerbaijani protesters, but by the Russian peacekeeping contingent. Representatives of the Azerbaijan Civil Society are trying to stop illegal transportation of looted natural resources, but do not interfere with the movement of other civilian vehicles,” said Gadzhiev.
