Prime Minister of the State Council of China Lee Chang, during his visit to Saudi Arabia, called for an increase in the level of relations between the two countries and the further coordination of their development strategies.
During a visit to Riyadh, Prime Minister Lee noted that after the visit of the Chief of China, Xi Jinping in December 2022, political trust was strengthened between the two countries and cooperation in various fields developed, the Chinese agency Sinhua reports.
Lee emphasized that China and Saudi Arabia would continue to promote comprehensive strategic cooperation, and expressed the hope that the two countries will be able to further coordinate their development strategies based on mutually beneficial cooperation.
During the visit, the Prime Minister of the State Council of the PRC will meet with the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia Muhammad Bin Salman. Lee and Bin Salman will hold the 4th meeting of the Sino-Saudi United Committee of a High level.
After Saudi Arabia, Lee will visit the United Arab Emirates.
