Those students who started training in the project from the fifth grades this year moved to the tenth, many of them decided on the direction and are preparing for admission to universities. Of the numerous surveys and events carried out during this time, it can be argued that their skills and knowledge on the subject “Informatics” exceed the level of their peers from ordinary classes, which is an indicator of the successful implementation of the project, and the desires of many of them are aimed at continuing training in ̇t -sphere.
It is also a successful indicator that the project students occupy prizes at various international competitions and olympiads in the subject “Informatics”.
– Covering almost the whole country is not an easy task. Tell us in more detail how the project expanded.
– taking into account the importance of the project for the country, the framework of the project was expanded both geographically and in the number of teachers and students. Considering that one of the tasks of the “Strategies of Socio-Economic Development of the Azerbaijan Republic on 2022-2026”, approved by the order of President Ilham Aliyev, is to expand the use of ICT in education and improve the quality and accessibility of education in the field of innovative and digital skills, as well as successful implementation project for previous years and experience in this area, from the Ministry of Science and Education, it was decided from this school year to expand the project “Digital skills” up to 48 cities and areas throughout Azerbaijan.
