In the Baku Court of Crime Crime Crime, the chairmanship of Judge Leila Askurova-Mamedova, a court hearing was held in a criminal case against the former chairman of the supervisory board of Baku Steel Company Rasima Mamedov.
haqqin.az reports that the public prosecutor Orkhan Samedov spoke at the meeting, who demanded the sentence of Rasim Mammadov to 15 years in prison with serving a sentence in a correctional institution of a strict regime.
Recall, Racim Mammadov was detained by SSB officers. A criminal case has been instituted against him under Articles 308.2, 179.4, 178.3.2 of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan.
