Later, the lawyer Abushev, who asked to pronounce a conditional sentence to his client.

The lawyer of the defendant Gul Mukhtarov said that his client does not plead guilty of charges and claims that he did not receive any money from the victim. The defender asked to stop criminal prosecution against Mukhtarov.
The trial will continue on November 3.
According to the indictment, Tagi Akhmedov, through Nana employee, Professor Soltan Aliyev, allocated about 2 million manat Saadat Khalilov, Gul Mukhtarov and Sakhil Abeshova – they were engaged in the marble business. However, the entrepreneurs did not work out for entrepreneurs, and they could not pay off interests. Soltan Aliyev was recognized as a victim in a criminal case. Goula Mukhtarov worked as a detective in the Baku City Police Administration.
