In Astrakhan, a five -sided meeting of representatives of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Caspian states was held.
According to Haqqin.az in the department, on July 27 to July 28, the delegation of the Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan, headed by the head of the criminal investigation department, Elnur Musaev, visited the city of Astrakhan to participate in a five -way meeting of the general prosecutors of the Caspian countries dedicated to the discussion of the warfare of offenses, in including legal violations in the basin of the Caspian Sea.
At the meeting, Elnur Musaev made a report on measures taken to prevent pollution of the Kaspian Sea, the protection of biological resources, the formation of the legislative framework, the specialization of authorized state structures and coordination of interdepartmental activities.
Azerbaijan delegation also included: Assistant Prosecutor General for Special Orders Salekh Gadzhiev, senior prosecutor of the Office for Supervision of Laws in the field of criminal prosecution of Babek Zakirzade, prosecutor of the Office for Supervision of Laws in the investigative and investigative activities of internal affairs bodies Elchin Sultanov and senior prosecutor of the Department of International Legal Cooperation Elmir Zeynalov.
At the end of the meeting, a general declaration was adopted, a general opinion was accepted about the need to hold another meeting, the exchange of information and experience.
