The Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan responded to a message common on social networks about the justification for the Yasamal district court of chemist Aliyev, accused of abuse of trust and seizure of another’s property by deception.
As Haqqin.az said in the department, in connection with the identification of reasonable suspicions that chemists Aliyev fraudulently received money in the amount of 20 thousand manat from his friend Tarana Farajova under the guise of assisting housing in the building intended for the building intended for Forced immigrants, he was charged under article 178.2.4 (fraud with causing significant damage) of the Criminal Code and the criminal case was sent to the Yasamal District Court.
The verdict of the same court of June 17 of this year, chemists Aliyev were justified. The department emphasized that on July 7, an appeal was submitted to the verdict issued by the state prosecutor on the grounds of non -compliance with the results that the court came.
