The State Agency for Professional Education under the Ministry of Education conducted an inspection and revealed violations in Ganja Professchools No. 1, 2, as well as in Ganja Professional Lyceum No. 3.
As reported by HaqQin.az in the Ganja City Prosecutor’s Office, during the investigation it was found that the officials of educational institutions using the official position were assigned in the Ganja vocational school number 1 a total of 34 thousand manat, in Ganja vocational school number 2 in general The difficulties of 25 thousand manat, and in Ganja professional lyceum number 3 – a total of 32 thousand manat.
In fact, a criminal case was initiated under articles of Management 179.2.2, 179.2.3, 179.2.4 (assignment or embezzlement committed by a person using his official position, with causing significant damage) and 308.1 (abuse of authority). Currently, the investigation of the criminal case continues.
