Police officers detained 21 people during protest shares in the capital of Panama. At least 17 of them in the coming hours will appear before court, writes the newspaper La Prensa.
It is expected that another four manifestants will be charged later.
In the Central American Republic, shares of protest of citizens, angry with a significant increase in the cost of life, continue. In some regions, local residents block roads with burning tires. Dissatisfaction of the population does not subside despite the fact that at the beginning of the current week the authorities decided to limit the prices of a number of basic goods and reduce salaries of civil servants.
