According to a psychologist, two factors contribute to emotional burnout – biological and psychological. The biological aspect is often associated with a violation of sleep mode, appetite and increased anxiety, when a person is even worried about the work at work. In such situations, Dodonov advises simply change clothes into home clothes so that the body understands that the working time is over, and rebuilt on a calm way.
