Russian President Vladimir Putin called the tragedy in Kazan, where children, a terrible misfortune and barbarian crime died during shooting at school.
“… As you know, a terrible trouble happened two days ago. Children and teachers of the 175th gymnasium became victims of the barbaric crime,” said the head of the Russian state, TASS quotes it.
Putin added that this tragedy, of course, shook everyone: “In difficulty days, along with the residents of Kazan, all Russia remained with Tatarstan.”
“Once again I will bring the deepest condolences to the native dead, families who lost the most expensive – their children, grandchildren, loved ones and beloved people,” Putin concluded.
Previously, the representative of the Kremlin Dmitry Peskov said that Putin gave all the necessary instructions on the situation in Kazan. The president, in particular, instructed the director of Rosgvardia Viktor Zolotov to work out a new provision on the types of weapons that citizens can use. He also sent to the scene of the head of the Ministry of Health of Mikhail Murashko and Minister of Education Sergey Kravtsov.
