“I am very pleased that you decided to apply your first visit as president of Belarus to Russia. Actually, this is understandable, because Russia and Belarus have special relations – allied and fraternal in the literal sense of the word,” said Putin.
“We have historical ties, related bonds between a large number of people. We are developing relations today that they could be an example for relations between many other countries in the economy and the security of the states, our cooperation in the international arena. I mean, primarily at the UN sites, the SCO, where Belarus has also become a full -fledged status partner, ”the President of the Russian Federation continued.
Putin noted that in the economy, too, everything “develops in the best way, despite all the difficulties of an external nature.”
