Putin Appointed Kirill Dmitriev As His Special Representative

Russian President Vladimir Putin appointed President of the Russian Direct Investment Fund Kirill Dmitriev as a special representative for international economic cooperation.

According to Putin’s signed by Putin, Dmitriev will act as a special representative of Russia on international economics and investment.

Dmitriev took part in negotiations between the United States and Russia, which took place on February 18 in Saudi Arabia.

Dmitriev, who participated in the negotiations with the Kremlin adviser to Foreign Policy, Yuri Ushakov and Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, discussed the issues of economic cooperation with representatives of the United States.
