Russian President Vladimir Putin called the undermining of the Crimean bridge a “terrorist attack”. The Russian leader said that he was directed against the critical civilian infrastructure of the country, Russian media write.
The head of Russia expressed such an opinion after the report of the head of the Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin.
