Putin Discussed With Orban Settlement In Ukraine

Russian President Vladimir Putin discussed with the Prime Minister of Hungary Viktor Orban possible ways to settle the Ukrainian conflict. The Russian leader reported this at a press conference following the results of negotiations.

According to Putin, Russia “remains open to discuss settlement in Ukraine, but the Ukrainian side does not want this.”

The head of state also accused the Western countries of using Ukraine as a Taran against Russia.

The politician said that Moscow was playing for the complete completion of the conflict in Ukraine “on conditions voiced by Russia, and not just for a truce or pause”.

Putin also said that he discussed with the Prime Minister of Hungary the possible principles of future security architecture in Europe
