Putin discussed with Security Council of Russian Federation measures to protect critical objects

Russian President Vladimir Putin, in a video conference mode, held an operational meeting with constant members of the Security Council, the Kremlin press service reports.

“We have several questions on the agenda today. The first is additional measures to protect critical objects,” said the president, opening the meeting.

The meeting was attended by the Chairman of the Council of the Federation Valentina Matvienko, Chairman of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin, Deputy Chairman of the Security Council Dmitry Medvedev, Head of the Presidential Administration Anton Vaino, Secretary of the Security Council Nikolai Patrushev, Minister of Internal Affairs Vladimir Kolokoltsev, Minister of Defense Sergey Shoigu, director Federal Security Service Alexander Bortnikov, Director of Foreign Intelligence Service Sergey Naryshkin, Special Representative of the President on environmental protection, ecology and transport Sergey Ivanov.
