The Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation will check the surcharge to the Railways tariff over the target nature of their use, and the powerful agencies will appreciate the legality of the spending of the State institutions allocated to the eastern polygon. Russian Railways must find the perpetrators by July 1, the Accounts Chamber will check the megaproject until January 15.
The first stage of the Eastern Polygon was estimated at 520.5 billion rubles, the second was 719.8 billion (it may rise to 759.1 billion), the third stage is discussed.
