Putin added that Russia does not violate the UN Charter, but acts in full accordance with it.

He explained: “In 2014, the Ukrainian authorities began, in fact, the fighting against part of their people, using aviation, heavy equipment, tanks against those who did not agree with the coupling supported by the West.”
