The Russian Federation, as well as all its partners in the Eurasian Economic Union are interested in honest, productive and pragmatic interaction. This was stated on Wednesday by Russian President Vladimir Putin, speaking at the plenary session of the second Eurasian Economic Forum.
“We see that truly deep, fundamental changes are taking place in the global arena. More and more states are taking a course to strengthen national sovereignty, conduct an independent, independent internal and foreign policy, adheres to its own development model. And they all advocate building a new one, more fair architecture of international economic relations, strive to constructively affect world processes, expand the network of partnerships based on mutual benefits, respect and taking into account each other’s interests, ”said Putin.
He noted that most forum participants are actively cooperating with major international associations such as BRICS, Shanghai Cooperation Organization, Association of Southeast Asia, the Cooperation Council of the Arab Gulfs of Persian, with multilateral organizations of Latin America and Africa. “And of course, this course follows our country, which hosts this forum today, the Russian Federation, and all our partners in the Eurasian Economic Union,” the politician emphasized.
“Everyone who acts, thinks and does differently, damage the global economy, shoot, in fact, to their feet and in the leg to those who are still forced to obey their dictatorship,” the president said.
The Head of State noted that Russia is a course to reduce the share of the currencies of unfriendly countries in mutual calculations and intends to work more actively with partners around the world and the EAEU, including for a full transition to national currencies. “The use of national currencies in foreign trade calculations also switch to many other rapidly developing economies of the world, including China, India, and the states of Latin America,” Putin summed up.
