Iranian President Ibrahim Raisi and French President Emmanuel Macron on Saturday, February 19, held telephone calls, reports Tasnim.
According to the Iranian leader, Tehran made constructive proposals during negotiations on a nuclear transaction and considered the return proposals put forward by other parties to the negotiations, based on the degree of their compliance with the interests of the Iranian people.
Studying that the Iranian delegation welcomes initiatives that guarantee and protect the rights of the Iranian people, Raisi noted that Iran felt political pressure, directed undermining the prospects for reaching an agreement.
Rasi emphasized that any agreement in Vienna should include cancellation of sanctions and providing a real warranty.
In turn, Emmanuel Macron said that there were good progress in the negotiations in Vienna, and Paris hopes that they will be completed as soon as possible.
