Considered the appeal complaint of Ramiz Tatarov – the deputy former head of the executive authority of the Agstafinsky district of Nizameddin Guliyev, who died during the serving of punishment.
In the process in the Ganja Appeal Court, the decision was read, according to which R.Tatarov is justified under Article 313uk (official forge).
As a result, the term of serving the punishment of Ramiz Tatarova was reduced by 3 months.
We note, according to the sentence of the Ganja court in grave crimes, Ramiz Tatars was sentenced to 8 years 6 months of imprisonment.
Recall, according to the statement of the SGB, on the basis of the collected materials, reasonable suspicions of the regular abuse of Nizamedden Guliyev official authority arose. So, there were reasonable suspicions that N. Guliev, through the deputy head of the Republic of Ramiz Tatarov, from May 2019, under various pretexts, the money out of the officials of the local executive bodies, as well as in demand under various pretexts of bribes in entrepreneurs. Along with this, suspicions appeared that N. Guliev, extorting budget funds from heads of health care, educational and other structures, assigned a certain part of public funds, salary maps of poor persons involved in public works.
N. Guliev, his deputy R.Tatarov and other persons were detained as suspects in the framework of an initiated criminal case. Guliyev was charged under articles 179.3.2 (assignment in large scale), 311.3 (receiving bribes in large scale), 308 (abuse of official authority) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan.
