Inflation in Turkey in the annual calculus in April 2022 reached 69.97%. Such data was brought on Thursday by the Turkish Statistical Institute (Tuik).
In this case, in January and March of this year, this indicator was 48.69% and 61.14%, respectively. Turkish media noted that January inflation has become record for Turkey since 2002.
Inflation in the monthly calculus, while decreased from 9.19% in March to 7.67% in April.
