According to the plan approved by the President of Azerbaijan, the Supreme Commander-in-Chief Armed Forces Ilham Aliyev, from May 16, the Azerbaijani army will begin teachings with the involvement of troops.
In the teachings, under the leadership of the Minister of Defense, up to 15,000 personnel of military personnel, up to 300 units of tanks and other armored vehicles, up to 400 rocket and artillery installations of different caliber, reactive systems of salvo flames, mortars and anti-tank agents, up to 50 units of military aviation and unmanned aircraft for various purposes.
In the teachings, the focus will be on management, bringing the combat readiness and regrouping of troops, taking into account the combat experience accumulated in the Patriotic War, including the improvement of combat felting and interaction between the general public associations, rocket and artillery troops, aviation and special purpose forces .
In the course of the exercises, which will last until May 20, the troops at the same time will fulfill the tasks of preventing provocations of illegal armed formations and conducting counter-procets for the neutralization of terrorists.
