an international group of scientists, which included researchers at Harvard and Zurich universities, during a three -year study studied age -related changes in cells and organs. According to The Guardian, the clinical data of 777 elderly Swiss were analyzed as part of the work.

The results showed that people who take one gram of omega-3 daily, biological aging slowed down to four months compared to those who did not use the additive.
