In the occupation of the city of Shusha, Armenians were attempted to assign historical Mama Mama Bulara. According to Haqqin.az in the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, in particular, the epigraphic stone inscription Arab alphabet over the source was replaced by Armenian crosses and symbols. In addition, new symbols and inscriptions were added, which were not previously.
Currently, all the characters and inscriptions added by Armenians are dismantled, the spring is restored in its former form.
Note that Mamai Bulara is registered by the state as a monument of local architecture. It was built in 1898-1899 by order of the local merchant Samede Aga Javanshire.
Mamai Bulara is a new stage in the development of the Karabakh architecture and reflects the features of the Shushi architecture. The main facade is made in the form of a rectangle, decorated with openwork and intricate columns. The wall of the spring is composed of a local stone on a lime solution and covered with iron roof.
