Turkey is difficult to abandon gas supplies from the Russian Federation or to cancel the current contracts for the supply of Russian gas, said the official representative of Turkish President Ibrahim Kalyn in an interview with TRT Haber TV channel.
“It is as difficult as to deploy a large ship by Titanic,” said Kalyn.
He stated that “the issue of energy security and a decrease in dependence on Russian gas will be one of the most important issues for Europe in the coming 10 years.”
