Turkey discussed the issue of providing Kiev guarantees with representatives of Russia, USA, France and Ukraine itself. This was told on Thursday Ibrahim Kalyn, a representative of Turkish President Recep Tayyipa Erdogan in an interview with the Financial Times newspaper.
According to him, discussions are at the initial stage, but “in principle, look more favorable,” because Turkey wants to “support Ukraine” and complete the conflict.
“We held talks with representatives of Ukraine, Russia. We had negotiations with the Americans, the French, but there are many military parts that should be developed by our military, before we put a signature under them,” Kalyne said.
