According to the export plan of Ukrainian grain, previously agreed on last week in Istanbul, export will be carried out through three Ukrainian ports and will be controlled by a group under the auspices of the UN. According to European Pravda, the People’s Deputy, a member of the Ukrainian delegation at negotiations with Russia Rustem Umarov, told about this in the commentary of the Supreme.
“Export will pass through three ports:” Odessa “,” South “and” Chernomorsk “, but in the future, we hope, we can expand them. All the recommendations of the naval forces, the armed forces must be observed,” he said.
The deputy clarified that, according to the consistent safe routes, all civilian vessels will be able to enter the ports of Ukraine: “We will sell grain to everyone. And all vessels that can adhere to these recommendations can come to us.”
Umarov emphasized that compliance with safety rules will control the monitoring group under the auspices of the UN in Istanbul, and Russia will not affect this process.
“There should be no Russian courts in our water area. We do not trust them. Even if they sign an agreement with the UN. They cannot be trusted,” the deputy explained.
