The total reserves of the Central Bank of Turkey over a week increased by $ 5 billion 660 million, amounting to $ 173 billion 152 million
Pure reserves excluding swaps reached a record level of $ 71 billion 498 million
The Central Bank of Turkey has published weekly monetary and banking statistics.
So, as of February 14, the gross currency reserves of the Central Bank increased by $ 3 billion, increasing to 100 billion 677 million dollars. On February 7, gross currency reserves amounted to 96 billion 929 million dollars.
The gold and foreign exchange reserves over this period increased by $ 1 billion $ 912 million – from $ 70 billion to 72 billion 475 million dollars.
Thus, the total reserves of the Central Bank on February 14th increased by 5 billion 660 million dollars compared to the previous week: from 167 billion 492 million dollars to $ 1,52 million.
The reserves of the Central Bank, while deducting all obligations, are also known as pure reserves excluding swaps, beat the record, was 71 billion 498 million dollars.
