Employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs detained the previously convicted resident of the Absheron district of 19-year-old Elgun Odzagverdiev, who put a grenade “F-1” and cloves to the door of someone else’s apartment, the ministry press service reported Haqqin.az.
It is reported that the incident occurred on November 13. Ojagverdiev wanted to scare his acquaintance, passing him a grenade and carnation as a gift, but since no one opened the door, he left a “gift” at the door.
