A preliminary investigation was completed in the criminal case of a resident of the Tovuz district, Jaykhun Aliyev, accused of killing his 75-year-old father. The investigation materials are sent to the Ganzhinsky Court of Crime Crimes, reports haqqin.az.
The criminal case is considered by Judge Hagani Akhmedov.
Note that on February 14 this year, a conflict occurred between the father and son of Aliyev, during which Jaykhun Aliyev shot a gun in his father, Gameta Aliyev. J. ALIEV was detained, and the Winchester brand was illegally stored in him. A criminal case was opened under article 120 (intentional murder) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan.
