Changes have been made to the “Procedure for monitoring the conduct of veterinary measures for the diagnosis and prevention of animal diseases and for this purpose to identify agricultural animals, which allows you to observe each animal or animal group.” Prime Minister Ali Assadov signed the corresponding decision.
According to changes, along with the expansion of the use of modern information and communication technologies in the field of animal identification activities, the introduction of a unified documentation, a decrease in the costs of animal owners to identify one animal.
As a result of identification, only the certificate will be issued and a veterinary passport will not be required. As a result, there will be no need to pay the state fee in the amount of 20 manats provided for by the law “On the state fee”. This, in turn, will lead to a decrease in the costs of animal meat.
This decision and changes as a measure against inflation can affect the preservation of stable prices, at least on the sale of animal meat.
