Rolls-Royce has appointed a new general director. He will be the former executive director of the BP oil company Tufan Erginbilgich, the company said on its website.
He will take office on January 1, 2023, after the resignation of the current general director of Warren Ista.
The British Engineering Group, which works in the defense and energy sector, said that Tufan Erginbilgich is a citizen of Great Britain and Turkey.
The salary of the new CEO will be 1.25 million pounds, Rolls-Royce said, and he will also receive the company’s shares with two tranches worth 3.75 million pounds each.
