“The purpose of our stay here is to provide strong support for the stability and security of the region, as well as, as you noted, consideration of what support can be provided in the direction of a detailed decision of all the upcoming post-conflict issues,” said Romania Foreign Minister Bogdan Auresska at a meeting with President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, reports AzerTaj.
He also stressed that at the same time, this visit is aimed at preparing the Summit of the Eastern Partnership, which is scheduled to be held at the end of this year.
“For us, Azerbaijan is of great importance from the point of view of stability and prosperity of the South Caucasus. We are highly appreciated Azerbaijan as an example of tolerance, multiculturalism and interreligious dialogue. I know that during your presidency you have done a lot to achieve all this,” – Stressed Bogdan Aureska.
