The military prosecutor’s office of the Western Military District (ZHO) of the Russian Federation established that 600 soldiers were attracted to participation in the war in Ukraine. “About 12 officers” were held liable for this, some of them were dismissed, Kommersant reports with reference to the statement of the military prosecutor of the Zhi Arthur Egiev.
“for all the violations that we identified, response were carried out, and according to the results, disciplinary measures were taken, and questions even with the dismissal from the military service of officials who committed these violations,” Egiev said, without specifying which one exactly Disciplinary measures were applied to guilty officers.
