A 19-year-old Azerbaijanie Vekhil Abdullayev, wounded by a DPS officer, died in the Midge Central District Hospital, reports “Lenta.ru.”
Doctors failed to save the patient, accidentally injured in the head of the police during the arrest.
Abdullayev was taken to hospital in extremely serious condition, in resuscitation it was connected to the IVL device.
The incident occurred on the highway in the area of Moshkovo village near Novosibirsk on Saturday, May 29th. It is known that DPS employees tried to stop the car with tonned glasses, but the car drove past – after a short chase, the police pressed the vehicle to the side of the roadside cafe.
The driver was invited to compile the protocol, but he had resistance, in response, the 38-year-old inspector took out a gun and allegedly rapted the trigger.
