Russia can open direct flights to the Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRK) in November, said the Turkish television channel CNN Turk with a link to diplomatic sources.
Russian commercial flights, according to the interlocutors, will be carried out directly and, possibly, through the tour operator. The Russian government gave consent to this.
Negotiations between Turkey and Russia on this issue are still ongoing. According to the sources, they will be announced about the launch of flights in the coming days.
The first flight from Russia to TRK will try to make Erzhan Airport on November 15, the television channel noted.
