Russian courts began to cancel decisions on the expulsion of citizens of Ukraine, Russian media found out.
We are talking about people sent to the centers of the temporary detention of foreign citizens (TsVSIG). Against the background of the war, it became physically impossible to send them to Ukraine, and more than 100 people stuck in TsVSIG, experts of the Moscow Helsinki group said. According to experts, the courts canceled the decisions on the expulsion of at least 21 people from the Moscow Region Center. Another 30 Ukrainians were released in St. Petersburg. At the same time, as human rights activists clarify, some Ukrainian citizens refuse to let out from TsVSIG.
