17 sailors from the cruiser “Moscow” were officially recognized by the deceased court in Sevastopol. Their death is allegedly not related to military operations in Ukraine, follows from the material of the case.
The texts of the decision of the Civil Court are not published, there is information about them only in the judicial file cabinet. Cases were considered closed, the applicants for each case were the commander of military unit No. 42948 and relatives of the sailors.
The flagship of the Russian Black Sea Fleet Cruiser Moscow sank on April 13 after the explosion during the duty near the island of Zmein. The Russian Ministry of Defense recognized 27 crew members, one sailor was recognized as dead. In total, according to various estimates, there were at least 400 people on the ship, including military sailors.
