Russia invited United States not to use other countries to attack

RF offers the United States not to use the territory of other countries to prepare or implement an attack on each other, RIA Novosti reports.

“Parties do not use the territory of other states in order to prepare or implement an armed attack against the other Party, or other actions affecting the indigenous security interests of the other Party,” the draft Treaty of the Russian Federation and the USA on security guarantees.
