Moscow fights “not with the Ukrainian people”, but “with the Kyiv regime”, which lies responsibility for many “ruined lives”, and any negotiations with it are “meaningless,” said Dmitry Medvedev, deputy chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation.
“Russia emphasized more than once or two: we are not fighting with the Ukrainian people, but with the Nazi bastard who has settled in Kyiv, which seized power as a result of a coup d’etat. Our enemies are not shy in the means – thousands of conscience … thousands of their conscience … thousands destroyed houses, ruined lives, refugees and destitute people. And therefore, any negotiations with the current puppet Ukrainian leadership became absolutely meaningless last year, ”Russian media quoted Medvedev.
