In unstable Russia, only one island of stability has now remained – the Kremlin. Step by step, he does only one thing – increases the level of escalation, immerses the country in a military quagmire and relieves responsibility for what is happening. Moreover, no solution – the more painful it beats in Russia.
The “average response” regime introduced by Russia implies the restriction of the traffic with the inspection, the special regime of entry-exit, the “temporary resettlement” of residents to other regions. In a word, it is not much different from the recent gleamed “partial mobilization”. And besides, these seven regions are candidates for the next series of “partial martial law”.
Between the “partial mobilization” and “partial military position” there is another stable common – transfer to the level of governors of all sorts of measures connected by adventure.
“Higher officials of the constituent entities of the Federation should pay the necessary attention to the implementation of measures designed to ensure the safety of people, the protection and anti -terrorist protection of critical objects, maintaining public order, increasing the stability of the economy, industry, establishing and expanding the production necessary for a special military Operations, ”said the Russian leader at a meeting of the Security Council.
So, for everything that goes wrong – from shelling of Russian territories to the issuance of rusty machines by mobilized, from a lack of missiles and impoverishment of the population, will be responsible for anyone, just not the center.
Biden commented on Putin’s introduction of martial law as follows: “… Putin was in a difficult situation, the only instrument of which is the cruelty to Ukrainian citizens …”. One amendment is not only Ukrainian, but also Russian. Meaningless from a military point of view, this decision, knowing the realities of today’s Russia, will mean only one thing – the total refusal of governors from all other obligations of the authorities – from medicine, education and other “social”.
They didn’t like this too much, to put it mildly, they liked it – and now they have a legislative opportunity to answer all dissatisfied and unwinded: “How can you be indignant? We have everything for the front now, everything for victory.” And after all, do not complain – in the end, Moscow will ask them precisely for what Putin said, and not for something else.
